      What exactly do people call crazy? “Sometimes it’s to your advantage for people tot think that you’re crazy.”- Thelonius Monk (American Jazz Pianist). This means that sometimes it is okay to be called crazy because some people accept that reputation as apart of them. To be sane is to be healthy mentally. I will sum this statement up like such: In a world full of mad people, I think that only the mad people are sane. This world takes a big part inside of a person’s insanity. My personal definition for insanity is a person who is deranged. Insane people are not as healthy mentally like us regular sane people, but however, I do believe that they can be cured, while others do not. People cross the line of sanity often during the course of twenty-four hours when dealing with conflict, violence, and abuse.


      When you are sane, you have the will and the strengths to battle with someone mentally and compromising a situation by walking away. That is what’s called effective conflict resolution. “If you can find something that everyone agrees on, something’s wrong.”-Mo Udall. This statement means that if there were something that everyone has no disagreements towards, then there is a problem because there’s always going to be a small conflict to keep natural daily balance in life.
