When setting a goal, one needs to keep in mind that achieving personal goals requires patience and persistence. Speak to the team, and take in advice and suggestions.
When goals are supported by plans then it is possible to help the team to reach the target which is deliver quality standards to customers. We need to first break the goals into smaller achievable, measurable steps. We need the members to be clear about the actions they need to take in order to achieve the goals, the goals that involves customer service, objectives and standards has to be clear. Time frame, milestones and deadlines has to be identified. Specific roles will have to be given to individual team members and allocate resources that help goals to be achieved.
Human service workers need to be prepared for all situations, and have feedback on how well their programs are working. Typically, the next step in the program planning process is to evaluate the program. It is necessary to have a program evaluation because it brings the results to light. In order to meet the well defined goals and objectives of program planning, it is essential for human service programs to have feedback on the effectiveness of the services they are providing so they can continue to satisfy their consumers. Program evaluation is needed so workers can remove anything from their program that was not needed, or add more attention to another direction of the program.

Then again, I do not work as indicated by agendas and in order to start achieving my goals, I need to be highly motivated. After taking the survey, I learned that I need to manage my time accordingly. There should be time for fun and time for serious work. Individuals who have lower future orientation experience arousal procrastination, putting things off to get a last minute rush. I sometimes distance from or reject future goals so that I can reduce present tension and look for more immediate and pleasurable rewards than longer arranges or future objectives.
My schedule doesn’t allow for a lot of give, so everything I do is with purpose and on time. I forget that not everyone has the same regimen and need to be so time conscience. I am also not good at adapting to change, which is a critical skill I need to work on. In being with the same company for so long, we have seen our fair share of change, and I do eventually come around, but I think I could do it faster and better if I were more flexible and adaptive when I first become aware of changes on the way. Sometimes we learn of change the day of, via email, and it definitely throws me for a loop.

We as humans know that every day is one less day we have to live. Every person has dreams for their future that they hope to accomplish before their time is up. Although those are great encouraging tools, sometimes, we as humans will take our “dreams” too far, expecting too much from something that can only give so much.
