Importance of communication Communication is important because it helps people to share ideas, there are many ways to communicate. It can be verbal or non verbal. Communication is a process that happens involuntary, everything you do sends a message, in communication there is a sender, he sends the message, there is a channel, this is the means in which the message is sent eg: mobile phone etc, a receiver, this is the person that the message is intended for. After the receiver gets the message he/she sends back feedback whether it direct or not is the receivers chose. There are different diagrams that illustrate the communication process but in all there is a sender, message, channel, receiver, feedback, and some have encoding and decoding. It is important to communicate because it helps people understand each other this means that the amount of conflicts, disagreements will reduce, this means that only will lives be saved but it would save money, as the price of war won’t be paid. Another importance is that relationships grow, through communication people bond as they get to understand what other people feel and think. Communication is important for survival, no one can live alone, only when you communicate with other people, is when you help you out with things like food, services etc. It is important for business/companies; if colleagues communicate they will work faster, effectively, and productively. Good communication would mean that workers will stop being individuals but a family. It will help you reach you goals, no matter what your goals are communicate will help you reach it. Take for example an artist, in order for his art to be seen by the public he has to show his pieces to the public and talk to art studio owners.
