Videos : This could also be a way of spreading and giving out information around sgs college .This could be Both external and internal because ,there could be a staff or workers meeting using a video to explain the reestablishment of a new building and externally a video to inform students about what the new renovated building is going to used for .This could be done on websites and the importance about this is because its gives a clear knowledge of what is being or going to happen and its easy to follow since its gots pictures and objects in it .

Some of the most important skills I have learned are communication, time management, organization, and discipline. By watching the chain of command flow, I have learned how information travels and have learned communication skills. Strict rules on timeliness are highly enforced in the JROTC program. I have learned that being early leaves a better impression and is also more beneficial than arriving on time or late. These time management skills have already helped me and I know that they will continue to benefit me.

Technological resources would include things like Computers, photocopiers, Fax machine, Phones, interactive boards, projectors and security barriers. All of these different pieces of technology would help business improve performance because the photocopier allows the staff to copy multiple documents in short amount of time instead of having to write each pager. Computers allow staff to make documents like presentations, letters, spread sheet and database much more easily than writing each, which helps to saves the business time and more importantly money. The study had the participants answer research questions to see their reactions to a blended learning atmosphere and what effects the blended learning environment had on their L2 writing skills. The research showed that the students found the model sufficient, valuable, flexible, inspiring, satisfying, pleasing, and useful. It was received in a positive manner. The blended learning model allowed opportunities for more student interaction with their classmates and teacher which helped the participants gain higher test scores throughout the course. The article is an academic journal that is supported by facts and has been peer reviewed.

Some skills that I have received from my mentors and supervisors that I have had the privilege of working with are that I have become more comfortable in public settings, improving my verbal skills on a professional level and having to draft letters of intent for field trips, fundraisers and order forms which has greatly improved my written communication skills as well. Now and days we can communicate with several people at once in many different ways thanks to the advancements in technology. We can send and read e mails, texts messages, and even update our status on our favorite social networks in seconds. Which makes communicating information with in discourse communities a lot easier.
