US government should be trying to regulate businesses With the current global economic situation in turmoil, I truly believe that the regulation of businesses by the United States (US) government is justifiable and they should not let the market handle the matter. I say this only because the market players, i.e. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan as well as other financial banks are the only one who truly benefit from these crisis. Most free market societies always have protracted economic downturns or even slower than expected recovery’s when they allow the market to correct itself without the intervention by government. It can be the fastest way to economic collapse or a deterioration of any recovery.

It would also help people to quit smoking, drinking and cut down on unhealthy eating, all are of which a big medical expense, I believe that taxes should be raised on the rich. And I feel that our prisoners should be sent to war instead of our kids fresh out of high school, people that contribute positively to society, fathers expecting their first child, someone that has already served some time in a war, etc. The money it costs to house, feed, clothed, educate, medical and dental for prisoners would be better served sending prisoners to war. I do believe that we have solutions for better budget cuts.

As a presidential candidate of the United States, I will bring back those companies and re-institute a stronger infrastructure that will make more costly to do business in the United States of America. This will build more jobs, and lower the unemployment rate, and at the same time it will re-establish our original foundation as an industrial power. In support of our economic restructuring, while doing business with foreign countries on imports and exports, we will raise the tax to lower the deficit so it is less of a burden for the American public. By raising the tax on imports and exports with foreign countries, free taxpayers in America will pay less in taxes. Relating to that, if they are already breaking the law by being here, so there is no reason for them to obey other laws. Legal immigrants, especially those who plan to stay permanently, must pay taxes and are more likely to attend school to learn academic subjects such as English, and a trade skill. Since they can be open about who they are, they are more likely to try to be like other Americans and adopt American culture. Lastly, they can eventually earn the right to vote and participate in our political process, meaning they can develop a decision-making stake in the future of our country. Prison rehabilitates criminals and once freedom, money and life’s luxuries are taken away from white-collar criminals then they will learn that committing such crimes are not worth prison time. Alternative sentences should not be given because being isolated from the world will be more effective then giving them house arrest because they will not be in the luxury of their own
Therefore, affluenza should not be used as a legal defense since money should not be the way to get out of trouble. But since the growing Generation Y now is believing that they deserve the most expensive and flushest must-haves, the affluenza disease is and will be spreading like a virus among this cohort that depends on wealth entirely. Let me re-establish my point: the cure for affluenza should be prison, not some $450,000 a year rehabilitation centre that treats therapy to spoiled brats. In a society where the rich and the poor are supposed to be treated equally, arguing that affluenza is a defensive certainty should be an abuse to the entire justice system.
