Ice Cream Everyone loves ice cream. It is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream and often combined with fruits and other ingredients and flavors. The demand for it is very high especially during summer and to those countries with warm climates. It is so popular to kids because it is both sweet and refreshing, and even in colder climates, kids and adults still enjoy its sweet taste. The investors maximize profit since it is a saleable commodity and covers a wide range of target market as most of us are fond of eating it irrespective of age, race, religious beliefs and culture. Filipinos are truly fond of ice cream especially children. They usually crave and experience mouthwatering whenever they see someone eating it as it looks so delectable and cool. It is also in demand during birthdays, Christmas and other special occasions. With these said, establishing Ice Cream Parlor is a great venture and high risk of success. But of course, it is essential to have a solid business plan as ice cream businesses can be heavily affected by seasonal demands.
