Techniques in studying skills will help human resources to be able to apply the skills for the individuals in business. When managers have the ability to learn human behavior, they can then acquire the techniques and skills that will properly put people in the right job placement. Personality dimensions are the first thing that managers have to learn. It will then help managers to determine employee positions by having the ability to manage employee’s behavioral type. Effort and time are the major concerns along with patience that will have to be learned by managers to be able to have the ability to use behavioral science to implement behavior for employees. Managers that have the ability to fully understand the job position will then be able to match the position to a particular human behavior principal. People need to have the ability to learn different positions in the work force. And when management can see others potential it will only give the business the ability to succeed among others. How people learn in human behavior gives managers the basic understanding, and is imperative to being able to improve any organization or business. Growing up is when we first learn human behavior. Upon being born we begin to learn by watching others around us. We follow the good and the bad things that we see every day. Other people that watch the things around them are always learning what things they they should following, and also the things that they should not let their children learn.
