During the course of this class I was going through a transition from one job to another. I dealt with the HR representative when I was transitioning to my new job. I was not aware of the task they had until I was in this class. “HR and line management have one common goal, which is to bring capable human assets into the organization who can perform the duties and responsibilities that will keep the organization functional and competitive in the market.
