How to motivate women in companies Firstly, we have to know what motivation is. So, generally, motivation is the driving force which help causes us to achieve goals. It is said that motivation is intrinsic or extrinsic. According to various theories, motivation may be rooted in a basic need to minimize physical pain and maximize pleasure, or it may include specific needs such as eating and resting, or a desired object, goal, state of being, ideal, or it may be attributed to less-apparent reasons such as altruism, selfishness, morality, or avoiding mortality. Conceptually, motivation should not be confused with either volition or optimism. Motivation is related to, but distinct from, emotion. Every person has different motivations for working. The reasons for women working are as individual as the person. But, women all work because they want to obtain something that is needful from work. The something women obtain from work impacts also morale and motivation as the quality of our lives. Talking about things which are the most important in women workplace, which motivates them to work, there can not be mentioned: INDEPENDENCE (The freedom to run women business activities as they wish; the opportunity to "be your own boss”); RECOGNITION (The rewards women get for doing a job well, such as being singled out in a publication or speech); ACHIEVEMENT (The feeling that women get from successfully accomplishing a job, overcoming obstacles and obtaining goals); LEISURE TIME (The amount of time that women have free to use as they wish and the degree of enjoyment that women get from this time); POWER (The sense of control that women believe they have over their destiny and the destiny of others; women’s’ ability to influence or direct the behavior of others); PRESTIGE (The respect accorded women by their peers and by business or community associates; how others feel they
