Your grades are not proportional to your hard work, and you are deeply disappointed with yourself. When these sorrows happen to you, they definitely could break your heart, and you may feel helpless to stand up again and cannot see the hope of life. However, nothing is supposed to stop you from getting out of misery and welcoming tomorrow. What you need to do is to try your best to mend your broken heart. While mending a broken is an arduous task, you are able to achieve it if you follow these simple steps. The first step to mend a broken heart is to calm yourself down. It is nature for people to feel angry or hurting when their hearts are broken, so you do not have to force yourself to calm down immediately but use some little reasonable tips to help yourself. Initially, you can cry or beat some soft objects like pillow to vent your anger and pressure. Next, talking to your close friends is a good choice for you. You do not have to tell them your nightmarish experiences but anything you want. Communication can make you feel relaxed, and you need company when you are hurting. However, you cannot rely on others too much, so then you are about to do something by yourself like running, listening to music, or recalling happy stories to calm yourself down gradually. It probably takes you a few days to finish these procedures, and you can almost calm yourself down. This step is definitely necessary and essential because all following steps are based on your clear mind to be done. The second step to mend a broken heart is to accept and face the truth.
