How to live a healthy life To live a healthy life you will have to do a lot of things especially if you want to increase your life expectancy. So if you want to live a healthy life style you will have to do some exercise on a daily basis which means, you will have to do some jogging maybe if you have got a friend or a family relative you know you could ask them to help you. If your that person who is stressed out maybe you could do some yoga to calm you a bit down, you will also need to eat healthy so my suggestion would be for you to be eating at least three times a day not 1 or 6 times. You will also need to be kept on a balanced diet so like be eating fruits, vegetables, proteins, a bit of fats to give you some energy and lots of water. When you don’t have the right amount of food or you eat too much of the wrong things it is called malnourishment which then leads to deficiency disease which is caused by a lack of an particular food group in your diet. But then again I cant control what you eat so if you want to carry on eating unhealthy be my guest but I am just going to tell you this it is not me who is going to be living on this planet for a short amount of time its going to be you. Have you seen what fat foods can do to people it will turn you obese please don’t be the next victim of obesity.
