Calorie Intake Project Managing calorie intake is a very big problem across America. The amount of calories one takes is the result of their current health and fitness problems. My calories seemed to fit in the recommended average calorie intake for the most part. Some days were higher while others were lower which I had already predicted beforehand. Most of my days were under the average female intake which is 2,100 calories.
For example men are on average taller and heavier than women, men have more hair on their body than women, and men are considerably stronger than women. This rise in obesity has increased diseases such as heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. As a country, we are spending over $190 billion a year treating these diseases, diseases that could be prevented by increasing exercise and decreasing calories.

Ranking 67th in immunizations, the health of the population is far worse than the U.S. had been fifty years ago though countless advancements in medicine have been made.
