“How I use my Cell Phone throughout the day” On a daily basis, I use my cell phone for everything; from making calls, scheduling appointments, during school work, and keeping in contact with my family and friends. Having my cell phone I can call my job or my family to let them know if I would be late. In the process of getting my first cell phone, I cut my house phone off and I use my cell phone if I need to communication at any time. If I wouldn’t have my cell phone, I would be lost because I keep all of my important information in my files on my phone. I have all of my contacts, pictures, and some school work downloaded in my files. I carry my phone with me, so I don’t miss important calls. Or if I get lost I can use my navigation on my phone to get directions. My children have cell phones; whereas I can keep in touch or track of them when I need to get up with them. It also is a teaching tool for them. It teaches them to be responsible and the measure of being independent. Having the responsibility of not losing their phone and keeping it charged. Also, if my children are away from home the cell phone can be used a security device to give me as a parent peace of mind. There is no reason why a person shouldn’t let someone know that they will be late, because majority of the people in the United States have cell phones. “James E.
