Pullman Hotel’s food and beverage manager’s interview I am selecting food and beverage management as my research paper for my term paper. I will be interviewing my own close relative for this assignment. He is the food and beverage manager for Pullman hotel. I will be asking him several question for the completion of my term paper. I will be asking him:- Can you tell me more about Kuching’s Pullman hotel? How long have you been employed at Pullman hotel? What are your responsibilities as a food and beverage manager? Is food and beverage manager in charge of its food, beverage and safety training? Out of curiosity, do you need to carry a food and beverage license? When does team building occur in this food and beverage industry? How do you implement team building in your group? Do you reward your team for a job well done and what would you do if there is a conflict among employee or worker? From your own point of view and experiences, what happens if team building fails? According to Mr Jawan, he has been working for Pullman Hotel in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia for over 2 years now and he is glad he choose to work for Pullman Hotel as its main Food and Beverage Manager. Pullman Hotel in Kuching is the newest addition to the 5-stars international brand in the city. Located in the heart of Kuching on top of the hill at Mathies Road, Pullman Kuching offers astonishing panoramic view of the city and the Sarawak River. Pullman Kuching opened its doors to the public in late 2009. The five-star hotel, located at Mathies Road in the city’s golden triangle, is Accor Group’s second Pullman in Malaysia and targeted at business and leisure travelers. The hotel is adjacent to a two storey city life-style shopping centre “Hills Shopping Mall” and within walking distance to commercial centre and city attractions.
