Honey Singh is a rapper and Punjabi\Bhangra Music Producer. He started as a Session and Recording artist early in his career, but was able to build a reputation as a bhangra producer with fresh ideas and concepts. Honey Singh is currently considered one of the most influential persons in North India especially among youths. Highly influenced by the likes of legends such as Dr. Dre, Ludacris, Bob Marley, and James Brown, Honey Singh broke barriers by introducing genuine Punjabi rap into the music industry. His other influences came from the greatest legends i.e. Chamkila, Kuldeep Manak, Malkit Singh, and Apache Indian. Some of the songs he rapped in were Panga (ft. Dalit), Dil Nachda, Thekea te nit Kharke, Chaska, Banjare, Lakk 28,[2] Zanjeer and many more. He was born in Delhi and raised in Punjab. While in the UK, he studied music at the prestigious School of Trinity. A Music Director, rapper and mixer, albums like Peshi, Bollywood Rebirth. Spending seven years in the music Industry, he has bagged the ETC award for the Best sound in 2006 for Glassi and the PTC award for the Best Folk Pop Award 2009 for Rebirth and PTC PUNJABI Best Music Director 2011..... I.V. (International Villager). [3][4] Was the most awaited Punjabi album of 2011 and released on 11.11.11.
