Many leaders throughout history are intertwined. Adolf Hitler was Fidel Castro’s model, as for he admired Hitler all his life. Many of Castro’s practices came from the followings of Hitler’s ideas. These two facist leaders may not be an example of what one country would like, although they influenced their beliefs on Germany and Cuba succesfully. Adolf Hitler’s rise to power was streched over a few years. He got his name into the media in order for German citizen’s to begin recognizing his name. Hitler had people specifically assigned to create propaganda in his favor. Although he lost the presidential election to the former leader, Htiler did not become discouraged. He held many rallies in order to gain his spot as chancellor. Once Hitler received power over Germany he began nationalizing the media and business’. Through controlling the media Hitler was able to influence the people of Germany with his words. As for Fidel Castro, he began studying Hitler’s work as a young boy. He believed that if he followed the steps Hitler took then he could take power over Cuba. The first time Castro was in the media it was for attacking a military base. Although this wasn’t positive coverage, he turned the tables to make himself look good. After being name one of the top 12 outstanding figures in a popular magazine, Castro began become loved by the public. Only the Jewish residents of Cuba could see what was coming, and no one else seemed to believe Castro was capable of becoming like Hitler. When Castro assumed power of Cuba he controlled the media, and nationalized their buisness’ also. Adolf Hitler and Fidel Castro were very powerful and influential leaders. Hitler’s influences on Castro began a second reign of horror in a country. Considering Hitler’s reforms killed more than Castro’s, one would say Hitler was more successful in fulfilling their priorities. Castro’s
