In a school there are many other people to consider as your team rather than just the people you work with closely on a daily basis. Knowing and executing your role as an individual to the best of your ability allows you to be a valued member of any team. It is also essential to know the roles of those around you. This allows you to fully understand and support each other. By working as a team you can gain valuable knowledge from those who are more experienced than you, but it also allows you to suggest newer and fresher ways to approach learning.
The cost of training a worker is also reduced as the worker does not have to be trained in every aspect of the company only what he is going to be doing. The immediate drawback to this however is that he will not be trained in the jobs of the other workers, and if he is not there to perform his duty no one else will be able to. First they both are a government were nobody can actually rule over an individual. I like the fact that we have a voice to speak and no government can rule over the people because we have that opportunity to speak for ourselves. Also another thing about these two governments that make them alike is they both give everyone the opportunity to get a good job and education so that not one person is left behind.
