Currently the rhythm of life is speeding up. Today each person very often faces the different problems such as ecological, social, economic and other. It is very common to eat unhealthy food in everyday life. It is very important to stay healthy to look well and have a full life. But it is very hard in these conditions. Healthcare is very important for everyone in the world but it can be very expensive. Many people believe that governments should try to prevent illness such as overweight and depression by making sure everyone in their country has a healthy lifestyle. If people are healthy, they won’t need medical help very often. There are so many ways to take care of health. Healthy lifestyle includes keeping fit, a balanced diet, and giving up harmful habits like smoking, drinking alcohol and others. Firstly, you can visit a fitness centre some times a week or do exercises at home. It normally gives good results and doesn’t take too much time. Secondly, you should eat well. It means that you shouldn’t buy the food, which has pesticides, nitrates and other chemical additives. Thirdly, it is necessary to sleep for seven hours every night. It is a very important part of being healthy. We are always busy. We are working, we are studying, we are meeting friends, and etc. It is important to sleep enough. Beside, a lot of smiles, favorite hobby, interesting books, beautiful clothes and using the natural cosmetics make our live more happy and full. More than anything else, the ordinary decisions we make every day are the things that most influence our health and wellbeing – what we eat, how much we move, and how we cope with stress. In my opinion, I think the government should teach people about healthy lifestyle.
