How to live a healthy lifestyle Host : Other then eating healthy food, what are the other thing that we must do to maintain a healthy life ? Mrs ... :Not only you have to focus on eating a healthy diet to have a healthy lifestyle. But u should also consider on getting some exercise going to maintain the lifestyle. By following this 5 simple steps. Step 1 Start and finish your workout with stretching. Gentle stretching will warm up your muscles before you work out and will relax your muscles after you work out. Step 2 Go to the gym 3 to 5 times per week. Work out for half an hour to an hour, combining both cardio and strength training programs. Step 3 Exercise in your neighbourhood. Go for a jog or take your dog for a walk. Make sure that you move at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes Step 4 Enjoy rigorous daily activities. Both high-intensity gardening and housekeeping can exercise your body. Step 5 Get a buddy. If you have a friend(which I'm hoping we all do), ask them to join in with you or motivate you. He/She can be your jogging buddy, gym buddy,or cooking friend. If you happen to have no friends that are interested, try making a club. A lot of people want to get healthy/fit but are just too scared to do it themselves. With this club you can discuss exercises for each other and new recipes.
