You hear a lot about living a healthy lifestyle, but what does it mean to be healthy? Some people consider that being healthy means a person doesn’t smoke, has a healthy weight, eats healthy and exercises. Sounds easy, isn’t it?
Actually it’s easy as it doesn’t recommend drastic changes. The trick to live a healthy lifestyle is taking very simple steps such as adding fruits to your cereal, having an extra glass of water….just very few changes.
