People with good physical health will have a lower chance of getting sick because the physical health in their body will help build up the immune system to help protect them from sickness. However, only exercise may not be enough to get you into good physical health. In order to get yourself into good physical health, you must also eat healthy food. Healthy food helps allow my blood to run smoothly in my body, helps build up my muscles, and fight against cancers such as stomach cancer, lung cancer, and etc. Therefore, food is meant to be fuel for the incredible machine that is in your body.
I plan on living a much healthier and fulfilling life. I am the only one that has the power to change my life and thanks to this class I now have the knowledge and tools that I need to live a much healthier lifestyle. I just need to utilize them. I want to live as long as I can and be healthy so that I can play with and enjoy my grandkids. Being healthy will only increase my happiness and being happy is important to both my mental and physical well being.

Weight training can be the most beneficial thing but it can also be the most dangerous so exercise carefully and safely. When first beginning to weight train you will not be able to train for long periods of time and you may only be able to do a few of the exercises because the muscles need to be strengthened and gradually gain endurance. In the first week of training it is recommended to do two sets of fifteen of the type of exercise that you chose depending on what muscle you want to strengthen.

If you go on running activites this can and has been proven to fight against the aging process and prevents muscle and bone loss that normally occur with age.
You need to incorporate a balanced diet and exercise in your lifestyle. When you are taking care of yourself you have a positive energy that keeps you motivated. Not having a healthy life could cause mental health problems that could lead to depression, weight gain and poor health conditions. You should interact with others around you and live a social life. You need to express yourself rather than bottle up your emotions.

Not exercising can cause more serious issues then you think. Not only will you gain weight over time, but you have greater risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer. For those who do exercise, they get the benefits that all could get. The benefits are the decreased blood pressure, live a longer life, have a better mood, less risk to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. The reason why those who exercise live, because they are not getting fat over time as someone would be by just sitting at the couch all day.
Survival is something that many of us have as a natural instinct. Including preventative health but, there are some who really could use some type of education. For example; when you know you need to have money for food, rent, and other basic needs, then you will go out and get a job and make money. Some will know that if they are not making enough funds to cover their needs then it would be a positive effect to go and increase your education. Everyone should look at health the same way, if you know your body needs certain things to remain healthy then take better control of yourself like maintaining preventative health care.
I do not want anyone to harm my family and if some people are medicated there is a big chance that something may happen if these are in our society incapable of thinking right. I have heard some people say that Antipsychotic medication is likely to enhance, rather than suppress, a psychotic or delusional patients ability to think and communicate and that gives me much more comfort. My opinion is very much neutral. It all depends on why the medication has to be forced. My dream it that we can all live in a happy world, where we can all be friends with everyone, without discrimination of color, religion, nationality and most importantly that we can decide what it better for us.
