The Influences of Exercising and Obtaining Great Health Abstract Exercising is a way for people to stay fit, get in shape, and keep health in mind. On the bright side people use this as a way of starting off the year right by making resolutions and signing up for gyms and being motivated but within two weeks people give up or never have time for it. This can cause many health issues for those that choose not to exercise. There’s more to it that just looking attractive. Fast food prices stay low as healthy foods are expensive which gives those with low income a head start to complications such as heart failure, clogged arteries, and indigestion. Situations like these can be stressful which can also cause an affect. Exercising takes only a few minutes in a day all it takes is an activity to keep the heart rate up for an average of 30 minutes a day can be beneficial. I decided to give a survey to see the negative correlation of the amount of stress shrink with the increasing amount of exercises in a week and relate this to college students as an eye opener to be aware of their health. Now of course people usually want to get ready for the summer and show off their bodies at the beaches or social places. Many diets have hit the charts such as Atkins, and Jenny Craig, but all a person needs to do is exercise. Exercise is not only recommended by doctors and others in the medical field, but also throughout the media for many reasons.
