The problem that I have chosen to work on was lack of activity. This is not only a hard thing to deal with in my life, but it is also problematic worldwide. Many people around the world need to be more active to stay healthy and feel good. Lack of activity leads to other things like obesity and other health complications. This obstacle of lack of activity has affected my life because now I am currently over weight a bit due to my lack of activity. My plan was to run more than usual, but not on treadmills, that’s boring. I wanted to do something I like, so I decided that basketball and soccer would be great ways to stay active and run. Throughout the week my plan was to go to my backyard and play basketball for at least an hour a day. On the weekends my friends and I planned to meet up at the park and play soccer for about 2 hours. I felt like that was a great way to get cardiovascular exercise. Something else I did was lift weights so I can gain some muscle. Aside from lifting weight I did push-ups and sit-ups. These are two great ways to stay healthy, keep active, and gain muscle. After the week past I felt good about myself. I started to wake up with more energy and eager to start the day. My body was really sore and I could feel my muscles get bigger. I could definitely tell my body was undergoing a change that was beneficial to me. Also one great benefit that I got out of being more active was losing weight. I managed to lose 10 pound in just 2 weeks. I think my friends were the main thing that helped me succeed; they always kept me motivated and kept me going. The main thing that wouldn’t let me be active was electronics. One thing that always kept me from being active was Facebook but, thanks to my family and friends I managed to put all that aside and be active to keep myself
