The frequency of this course was very high for having more than 60 minutes of play for two weeks straight. This is an excellent amount of physical activity for a day to day amount of exercise. It was important to have this daily physical activity, however difficult to play for the entire hour and a half. Even so, it was beneficial because we were able to take breaks and play with the intensity that we wished. With higher intensity came a higher heart rate, and overall better cardiovascular health.
She states that now that she is older, she still tries her best to take care of her body by going to the gym 2-3 times a week but this activity takes more out of her than before. She notices that the things that she used to do before now take a lot more energy and effort. However, she keeps very active and one of her passions is participating in walk a thons throughout the year. This she says helps in keeping her fit. She enjoys taking Salsa dancing classes and is also attending college part time to obtain her bachelor degree.
He was 32 years old and he was Puerto Rican and he liked to play both soccer and baseball. He goes to a local park every weekend with some of his family and they either get a game of soccer or baseball going. Sometimes they play both of those sports. My research showed that people tend to play sports according to their culture. On few occasions they might go against it because they either don’t like the sport or don’t like the rules of the game.
I am making my body stronger and healthier. My body becomes leaner and less fatty. I feel like I have more endurance, in the long run. Most of all, for me, is that it helps relieve the stresses of the day. While I am lifting, and after I have lifted weights, I feel invincible.
That just affirms that music has a huge impact on the world and the people in it. My mood also changed a little during my “no music” time. I was very frustrated because every time I would go to turn on my music I would remember that it was my twenty-four hour period for no music. The day also seemed like it was so much longer than usual. At first I was so against doing it because I somewhat depend on it to get me through my long days.

Nutritional Assignment #5 Effects of More Food and Exercise On My Quality of Life After graduating high school, I stopped playing soccer. This led me to exercise less, as I had not found an alternative form of exercise. While there were no significant problems to my wellness, I wanted to increase my health benefits and maintain my weight loss. The method I chose to get these results was to first record my initial findings from my labs and then record my calorie intake on a food log to begin and build an exercise regime. After several weeks of implementing this plan, there was a slight improvement in my physical abilities but a significant betterment to my overall feeling of wellness.
The kids in my neighborhood were out running around and playing games whiles I was outside in the back yard jumping on the trampoline. I was an only child so I didn’t have any brothers or sisters to play with so I had to keep myself busy for the most part. A few months back my parents had bought me a really pretty bright pink princess bike for my birthday, I was so excited at the time I road it everywhere I went. Then after a while I started feeling like a little kid because I still had training wheels on and everyone else in my neighborhood didn’t, so I quit riding it because I wasn’t ready at the time to take the training wheels off. I was determined to learn to ride that bike that summer without any training wheels.
In order to improve our strength and endurance we decided to try rock climbing. Not only does it require a significant amount of muscle, but also it is enjoyable and challenging. Our first goal was to take baby steps to achieving our goal, first meeting once a month, then continuing to increase our activity to once a week. We hoped that the more frequently we went and with the support and encouragement of our peers the better and stronger we would become. Our team hoped rock climbing would improve our overall physical fitness and ability to work as a team to achieve a goal that is beneficial for our future health.
Favorite sport: Soccer When I was in the third grade, I signed up to start playing soccer at my local park in Lakeland, FL. I was excited about this not only because it looked fun,but because all my friends were playing too. During the season, we had a game every Saturday morning or afternoon for about 4 months. I continued playing soccer all thru school and up until I graduated in 2004. Here are a couple of reasons why soccer has become my favorite sport.
