In the first Harmonix was focused in the game of plastic guitar and try to maintain the operational autonomy while providing greater budgets for products, the philosophy of the creators are: if the people had the opportunity to create their own music they would be happy, they create a software with music composition and songs. In 2005 the company creates a new product, “the guitar hero”, the philosophy with this product was to attract gamers. 2. As a firm, how do you think Harmonix would describe its business? I think that Harmonix is a company that reflect an idea of two peers and it is successful, in the beginning the founders want to offer a product for the people create own music. The company takes boom when the video games are more common in the people and they offer a new idea in the market. The article describes as a company that takes the opinion of consumers and then the take decision. 3. To whom was Harmonix´s product directed, and how did they create a product that would appeal to the audience? The products of Harmonics are directed to the young people, the fans of the music or the people that like the video games; also for consumers that want to create own music and have another experience with the music. The founders believe that this type of products has a good demand in the market because the people want to take a new ideas, the audience don´t know about something like that and for this reason the product has successful in the market, for its innovation in the market of video games and
