Good teachers Do you think students' future can be affected by the quality of their teachers? Are teachers very important? Is the role of teachers a great one? It has been said that, "What the teacher is is more important than what he teaches." Teachers have a very important responsibility in the formation of a child's life. The qualities of good teachers are creativity, patience and knowledge. First, good teachers are able to create new ways to explain the subject they teach. Teachers should create lesson plans and projects. They can use only their books and explain, but to be a good teacher they should be creative and look for something new. This can make the subject more interesting and help students understand the subject quickly. For example, when I was in the second year of high school, the chemistry teacher was very creative. At the beginning, this subject was difficult for me; however, my teacher made this subject very interesting by creating some ways to simplify the lessons. Her class was very exciting and because of that I love chemistry now. Second, good teachers should be patient with students. Teachers should listen to every student and give everyone enough time to explain what he or she needs especially if she or he teaches children. For example, when I came to Houston, I put my son in one daycare center. At first, my son was not able to speak English and his teacher was very bad. One day, my son needed to go restroom, he was afraid to tell the teacher that he needed to go to restroom because she was shouting all the time. So, he did it on his clothes. My son was shocked from the way that the teacher was used to deal with them. After that he hated this daycare center and cried every day before goes there. That teacher should have been patient with children to avoid the negative impact on their feeling. Finally,
