To inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through hard work. When we say that a leader has vision, we refer to the ability to see the present as it is and formulate a future that grows out of and improves upon the present. A leader with vision is able to see into the future without being predictive and stay rooted in the present without being near-sighted. To motivate others into action the leader has to encourage and convince others to follow their way.
