In his article ‘’The friendship bond’’ Parle MB describes that trust and acceptance play an important role in strengthening the friendship. The writer states that according to a psychological survey trust, honesty , acceptance are most important qualities which everyone looks for in his or her friend. This studies also shows that disloyalty results in the end of a friendship and friends who are very different from each other are unable to keep u p their friendship bond. Moreover, social psychologist mentions that trust and friendship are stick to each other since trust allows us to reveal our secrets to our friends. If a person accepts each other , affection will develop which deepens the friendship. I agree with the Parle that in order to build a strong friendship , trust and acceptance are two crucial factors. I still remembered my best childhood friend named Sumera who was very supportive during my crisis when my parents were going through a divorce. She helped me a lot to deal with this bitter reality of my life. I can share with her my worries and secrets of my life because she was very sincere and trust worthy. The mystery of this strong friendship is loyalty. On the other hand , disloyalty weakens the friendship bond slowly and ultimately leads to the end of a friendship. With the advent of modern technology, moral values are destroying. It has become difficult to find a true friend. I met a lot of people in my life but I never find a friend like Sumera. I also agree with the writer that friendship fails if both person have different perspective on the same issue. For example, when I was at medical school in Lahore in my native country ,I had a friend named David. He was very different from me and we had different opinions about politics so we often argued with each other which
