Josh’s Ideas for Improvement Pool Areas 1. Pool policies posted outside in the pool areas. (Large, weatherproof signs) 2. MORE AND LARGER capacity garbage cans for the pool areas. 3. Some form of residential proof to use the pool area. Too many unseen faces. Ex: Bright, rubber “pool bands” for residents. If someone doesn’t have a band, they’ll need to be accounted for by a resident. (Maximum of 2 guests per resident 4. Cameras 5. Phase 2 needs to be a better night-lighting. Nothing strong, but modest and consistently placed. Phase 2 Clubhouse 1. Eventually move to a computer, spreadsheet style check-in/check-out system for packages. 2. Printer setup to be CA controlled, not resident controlled. 3. Popcorn machine moved to the front and out of the theater. Some take advantage of the machine, with no intention of watching a movie or anything. They also tend to make a huge mess in the theater. 4. Small workout bench for the gym area. Nothing big or fancy. Just functional. 5. Better lighting in the big conference room upstairs. The current lighting is insufficient for night. Productivity 1. Better communication between the entire staff, top to bottom. Done via group messaging. Risky, but possibly rewarding. 2. 1 week company trip to Riviera, Maya, Mexico for an all-inclusive vacation and spa. This will give much needed rest to the entire staff, while facilitating bonding time
