Timothy Chan September 10, 2012 Fitness for a more enjoyable life Have you ever been nervous about visiting your doctor to find unsatisfactory results? Health seems to be the topic of most conversations lately due to people wishing to look physically more appealing. Exercising daily is an important part of becoming healthy. Fitness if placed properly during your daily routine can relieve stress and strengthens the heart with several of other muscles. Fitness could also decrease your chances of becoming obese with proper dieting. Working out your muscles with proper form decreases your chances of back pain when you get older. Exercising increases your chances of living a longer healthier life. Daily jogging for at least forty-five minutes a day could help prevent heart disease. Jogging strengthens the heart by making it pump faster allowing the lungs to breathe more air in during each gasp. Heart disease is one of today’s leading causes of death in America. Americans now seek fitness so that they could attempt to stay health for a longer period of time. The increase of the awareness of heart disease has struck a nerve in the American people to finally realize the importance of fitness in their lives. Obesity is not yet frowned upon in the America as such as smoking a cigarette but it nearly has the same amount of deaths. Obesity is caused by the lack of physical activity and the consuming of unhealthy or less nutritious foods. Lack of awareness of obesity being a serious threat to the flourishing of America is holding us back in medical bills and slowing moving citizens. If those that are obese or overweight do not learn to control their diet and engage in daily exercise they will end up down under sooner than they would hope to.
