Which type of fast food consumer are you? We all know that fast food is not good for you. But, could fast food be healthy if you eat it in moderation? Some people believe that making a diet and exercising are key if they want to eat fast food once a week. Others, mostly kids, assume that they won’t get fat from eating there two or three times a week. Nothing bad can happen to them, right? Then there’s the third type of fast food consumer which is the one who knows that having fast food maybe once or twice a month is not so bad if they consider it as a treat ; So know think which one are you? The first type of person is the one who is always in a diet and exercising. It is true that staying in physical shape by making any sport or going to the gym is difficult but if you are making it correctly it allows once a week eating what you want such as French fries, pizza, ice cream ,etc.. . This type of food is very addicting, some more than others. All these types of people just have to remember that even though diets and exercise are great ways to stay healthy, fast food once a week is still a good option. The second type of person is completely different. They don’t try to make a healthy life style; they just assume that nothing bad will never happen to them. For many people, this describes them perfectly. Kids are the ones that think that they are growing and eating fast food do not affect their appearance; adults prefer these food because they don’t want to cook or the prefer to spend money in fast food that having to clean dishes and everything in their houses. And the last type of consumer is the one who knows how much is too much. They realize that once a week is just not a smart choice. Maybe one to three times a month, counting it as a treat, instead of just a substitute for a home made food . These people usually are healthier, because they
