The Idea, Characteristics and Belief executives need to consider when designing a companys organizational culture. Building a Strong idea, characteristic and belief within an organizational culture is at the core of the business success. It’s a good idea to start by sitting down with your board of director so co-founders to write down what your core values are and how you want to weave them into the DNA of your team. You want a culture that recognizes and embraces shared ideas, characteristics and beliefs that charactrize the goals of the organization. Which also is a great idea to make certain it selects the best to work for the company while leaving a positive impression on customers and anyone else.(www.entrepreneur.com) These three key words of idea, characteristics and beleifs can be used into a personal experience im currently working on as to starting a business. As a employee of Planet Fitness I’ve started as a Front Desk Representative. I’ve always had a passion of working out to stay fit and in shape and I always been the one tol ove to help people out. While working I was enrolled into IRSC working towards my degree in business. While employed I seeked the opportunity to get certified as a personal trainer, then received a promotion at my job as a Fitness Instructor. Being a Fitness Instructor was not as being a personal trainer because there were alot of things I could not do. Upon receiving my degree I was sitting around wondering now that I’ve graduated, what am I going to use my degree for? I applied at numerous places and could not get atleast an interview. While sitting with my girlfriend jotting down thoughts, thats when the idea came to me. Since I majored in business, am a certified trainer, have the passion to help people reach goals, enjoy working out, and knows what people need when it comes to a trainer, why dont I start my own business
