Reference In this report I will be Evaluate your experience of planning and participating in the recruitment and selection process. It is important for me to evaluate my experience with how the selection process went and if are planning was good enough. Throughout this report I will be addressing my own points about how well are group did and what we could have done to improve are role plays. I will be using P5 to help me write this report. Findings Before we did are role-plays we had to create paper work for us to use in the interview room. These paper work candidate interview score sheet, CV, covering letter and application pack. By having these documents we could ask and address the candidate more about them self. We also where assigned to prepare questions for the candidates. The question we came up with where based around the candidate’s i.e. what are your strength and weakness. By asking these sort of question the interviews could get a better understating of the candidate. Also how well they deal with being under pressure as there was a 15 minute time limit. As group I believe that we all communicate with each other to insure that we create professional questions. By working in a team I had to insure everyone knew what they were doing all of the time. This meant insuring all of their paper work was with them for each role play. During which I had to write down how well each candidate was during the interviews. I believe this was done with great communication even when we had to deal with the lack of people in our group. When planning for are role-play we want to make sure everyone had a chance of asking question. So we divide up the question sheet to insure that we all had a fair just to speak. We also decide to ask on the spot question has this will show whether or the candidate can cope under presser. Before each interview we went through the role
