Practical examples are things that I can relate to that give me a clear picture of what is being taught. With practical examples, I am able to place what is being learned in a situation to where it is easier for me to understand. This gives me a direct visual of what is being learned. In a managers meeting at work, we were given a strategic plan on how to retain employees. One of the plans was to motivate staff to reach goals in a positive manner.
If they do not update the information when needed they are giving false information losing them their future customers. Customer feedback By allowing customers to give feedback on the website it means that the company will know how to improve their website and make it more user-friendly. Most websites tend to have contact page where they will have an email address, telephone number or address or a short form that can be filled out. Once this has been done the company will have a set team who will check for feedback at the end of every week. Feedback is important to MSM driving school as they just opened a new website and it is vital they make it useable for all ages.
If something is not the way a customer wanted it to be, we try our best to accommodate the customer. Rather than being hostile, this company embraces correction and uses it as a learning tool. Being precise about what will be provided is key to reducing complaints. During operations managers will always be on site. That manager and key staff member will asked the customer before, during and after the event is there anything they would like to change.
Taking into account the opinions of others and listeneing properly to their input will encourage a healthy team and also give the person involved control of whos and what input they would like in their support. Features of effective team performance, are having the team interacting and empowering each other through discussion and suggestion, this enables the team through meetings and every day events to put ideas forward and develop them to see what works and what does not, as some people believe that they way they do things is the only way which is not the case. There are several challenges’ that can form between developing and established teams, as everyone has their strengths but with that comes some allowable weakness. When these are identified it is my job to nurture strengths and set goals to overcome any weaknesses I do this through observation, meetings, supervision and appraisals. Also through ongoing course work to keep up to date with legislation and any changes to legislation to comply with CQC 3.
The program gives you challenges and opportunities to become a better citizen. The instructors are not like teachers, they put in an effort for you to actually try and build up. You do leadership tasks; you help younger teens, participate in things that other teens don't get to participate in. The class isn't boring, you’re always learning about new things, we do weekly current events, and uniform wear. Wearing uniform teaches us responsibility; we have to make sure that our uniform is in order, and has everything on correctly.
How would you advise Sun Loo? Answer: I would advise Sun Loo to check his employee handbook for guidelines in regards to discrimination, as well as a chain of command list. Then Sun Loo will be able to determine what steps are needed to be taken to resolve his issues. If you are not able to resolve your issue with set manager there are always other people you can talk to about your issues. There is a chain of command when certain situations like this come about.
However, having someone that fits the organization’s culture and missions is also important for Tanglewood. Specific or General KSAOs: I think that Tanglewood should focus on the specific KSAOs because any organization would want to hire someone that can fit the job competencies with a vast knowledge of the job and the skills to perform effectively. Exceptional or Acceptable Workforce Quality: Tanglewood doesn’t really target temporary employees so exceptional workforce quality would work better for them. This would give them the opportunity to invest in their associates and make sure that they grow within the organization. Active or Passive Diversity: I would say that Tanglewood should look into active diversity because it meets the diverse needs of the customers.
The third strategy, “Make a List and Check it Twice”, describes the benefit of setting goals and making plans to help ensure a productive environment. Evaluating and being prepared to make changes to the plans if the goals are not being met. This chapter also focuses on an organization making the best out of what they have to work with as efficiently and smart as able. Strategy four, “Listen to the Elves”, describes how the manager should be aware of the input the employees have. Involving the group in decision making and other processes can make a better work environment.
To: All employees From: Human Resource Assistant Subject: Instructions Document for Oral Presentation Date: 6/22/2014 Dear Employees: I am sending a document containing instructions on how to do an oral presentation effectively. Many department head have been complaining about employees not being very effective communicators when they do an oral presentation. Presentations are very essential in the business world because they can make or break a business deal so our employees must be at their absolute when performing an oral presentation in front business co-workers, upper management, and associates. The document will focus on how to prepare and organize the oral presentation, and how to perform the presentation. A great deal of work is done doing the preparation, and the performance is more about how to most effectively carry out the presentation.
I have read about him in detail about his early life and professional life as well.I learnt that a good leader should have much more confidence so that he may lead his workers in a proper way and may also teach them that how to spend their lives in a self-Relying manner. All his methods and working capabilities should be adaptable so that people may follow his actions and may avail his good qualities by following him. He should be very polite and behave others in a nice way so that the people may not feel shy in expressing their feelings and emotions in the most open way. A good leader should always wait for the right time for the right action. So that he and his people may be able to avail the real fruit of that action. A good leader should have a matchless vision he should be worried for today as well as for the future.
