"Enthusiasm In The Work Place" Alfredo Sacerio Keiser University Most people spend more time out in their jobs than in any other place. It is a given fact in most peoples lives. Imagine spending most of your valued time in a workplace, and not be enthusiastic. It would be very harsh on anyone’s life not to be enthusiastic in their work place. Especially when it comes to the work place. It would also cause many issues with people and their work moral. The capacity of a group's members to maintain a goal, even when faced with opposition or hardship is was is called morale. Morale suffers and then job performance. The morale of others would effect others and they too be effected if someone is not enthusiastic at the work place. An effort needs to be made to find ways to provide in enthusiasm to employees. Something must be done. Great ideas must be though about and plans need to start being made in order to create better morale and more enthusiasm at the work place. What is Enthusiasm? Defined as a strong excitement of feeling or something inspiring zeal or fervor. I greatly beilive that enthusuasm directly effects the morale of workers. What is Morale? Morale is difined by Webster's dictionary as "the capacity of a group's members to maintain belief in an institution or goal, particularly in the face of opposition or hardship."
