As a result of this, organizations make their recruitment process very affective and transparent, which is based on lots of research for hiring the best possible and most suitable candidate for a particular job in an organization. After every new hiring process, the organization has to provide some good and affective training to the new employee in order to enhance the skills of the employee and for this they require the best research based training process. So for this purpose organization initially invest huge amount in the recruitment process. Whenever an employee leaves the organization for any reasons it will eventually affects the organization’s performance. The most important thing that affects organization’s performance is time because at the recruitment stage organizations spend a lot of time and resources to recruit the best possible candidate for a particular job in the organization. When employees leave the organization it will again cost heavy resources and time for the organization to redo the recruitment process for hiring the best and suitable candidate for the particular job because the old employee leaves the organization knows lots of things about the organization i.e. they know how the things are done in the organization because they have enough knowledge and experience about the things can be done in the organization.
