With the support, guidance, and assistance of all these people, this project has surely been an enlightening experience. Abstract Successful business organizations throughout the world have quite a few things in common, and one of the most important thing is that they have highly engaged employees. According to Gallup survey, engaged employees are those, who know what is expected of them at work, they are provided with all the materials and equipments to perform their job properly, they are recognized, appreciated and encouraged for their work, they enjoy what they are doing and they get enough opportunities to learn and grow.
