. While elephants are the heaviest; giraffes are most certainly the tallest animals on earth; growing upwards of 20 feet tall. Giraffes are browsers which basically means that they feed on twigs and leaves from the tops of tree but generally do not eat grass. A giraffe’s remarkably long neck allows them to reach foliage that is otherwise untouched. Giraffes eat a lot too; up to as much as 66 pounds a day.
Their bill and feet are yellow. Their feet are unfeathered, and equipped with large, sharp talons for penetrating and grasping prey. The bald eagle is the only large black bird with a white head in North America. The female eagle can be determined because she is slightly larger than the male. The female eagle weight range can be from 10 to 14 pounds and the weight for the male is 8 to 9 pounds.
Eagles have “super vision” which allows them to see 4-7 times farther than the average human. Baby eagles are called eaglets and are light grey in colour. They don’t inherit their parent’s colour until they’re 4 years old. However, nearly 50% of eaglets don’t survive their first

The pots were about 3 feet 6 inches and contained two to three dozen good size crayfish weighing about two several pounds. The men said it was about one hundred and fifteen to three hundred feet long. Another eyewitness saw a great white shark the size of a tractor trailer had attacked a person. Many sharks have been clocked out as fast as 1.5 miles and the mega shark could probably swim in a longer distance since this is a bigger shark. Two percent of the ocean has been overlooked by people ant it leaves ninety-eight percent of the ocean for the megladon can swim.
They have been known to feed on fish, dolphins, whales and seals. Sharks prefer meals with a high fat content to give them energy. They are ambush hunters, taking their prey by surprise from underneath. They have been known to come up from the bottom so fast that their entire body has left the water. The Great White has only one natural predator, the orca.
Some species of frogs lay several thousand eggs at a time. But only a few of these eggs develop into adult frogs. Ducks, fish, insects, and other water creatures eat many of the eggs. Even if the eggs hatch, the tadpoles also face the danger of being

The blowhole of a sperm whale “is found far forward on the left side of the head with a spout that comes out at a sharp angle from the head and toward the left” (Brownell 682).Sperm whales have a wrinkled appearance (Brownell 682).“They has 18 to 25 peglike teeth one each side”(Wursig 258). The “adult male sperm whales measure up to 36 to 65 feet” while the “adult female sperm whales measure up to 28 to 41 feet” (Brownell 682).“Almost all sperm whales live only in tropical and mild water” (Wursig 258).Their daily intake of food consists of large squids, “certain fishes, such as cod, skate, barracuda, and shark”(Wursig 258). Another type of toothed whales is the beaked whales.Beaked whales “have a beaklike snout and only two or four teeth in the lower jaw” (Wursig 258) and “the upper teeth are absent or vestigial” (Brownell 682a). “Beaked whales are of medium size,” (Brownell 682a) “some kinds grow only about 12 feet long, but others reach 42 feet” (Wursig 258).“There are 18 known species of beaked whales” (Wursig 258). “Beaked whales live in all the oceans”(Wursig 258), but some of the beaked whales “species live in the deep waters” (Wursig 258).
Pandas are very much known for their enormous physique, but what makes them so large is their huge stomachs. On average, a Giant Panda consumes approximately 40 pounds of bamboo a day to supply the panda with its much needed nutrients to support its inefficient dietary system, but they do not just eat bamboo, they also tend to eat other small plants and crustaceans. In order to eat this outrageous amount of food, these pandas must spend on average, ten to possibly sixteen hours of its day scavenging and eating. For the remainder of their day, they will more than likely sleep and rest up for the following day. One must wonder how there is enough bamboo on Earth to supply these carnivorous creatures.
