When it comes to their products that are purchased around the world to ensure high quality, expanding may affect that quality, making it hard to supply a specialty product. Going public through an IPO, may change the very decision made that make their company special, or it may enhance their products by providing more resources. Acquiring another company in the same industry to help their company grow could cause increased financial stability or increase their financial burden. Kudler can merge with another organization in hope to expand while implementing their mission and values on that organization or that organization may hurt their reputation.
Political: Politically, the recession is one of the main spectrums that are currently affecting all the countries which may lead to higher numbers of unemployment. As one of the largest and fastest growing retailers more jobs will be available with TESCO therefore helping to reduce the levels of unemployment. Economic: One of TESCO’s competitive advantages at present relates to their overwhelming physical presence, there are issues about TESCO driving out the competition from other retailers. There are policies as well as laws and regulations governing monopolies and competition which would be identified though an analysis. Immigration reform is a controversial issue in the United States. I will be focusing on the economic benefits of immigration reform in the United States. Most Americans would be surprised to learn about the substantial benefits of immigration reform to the United States economic growth and prosperity, and thus our ability to reduce our federal budget deficit over the next 10 years. Although the majority of Americans agree that our current immigration system is in need of a change, there remains a lack of understanding about the real effects that new immigrants have on wages, jobs, budgets, and the U.S. economy in general.

As a city with one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation, Rockford must make strides to change its economic mindset and approach as well as moving away from its deep rooted dependence on manufacturing to improve its economy and employment rate. In this paper we will examine Rockford’s economic history, analyze some causes of the escalation in unemployment, and present recommendations of what could be implemented to address the problems. The speed of the population growth in South and East Asia should pose a major concern to the current world. In the past there have been major problems that have resulted from rapid population growth in different parts of the world. As population increases there is a greater problem of pollution. One of the most prevalent problems that people think of when they think of population growth is a lack of food.
The industrial revolution has helped the nation and economy grown so much over the time but we know, nothing is perfect. With large factories come environmental hazards and with large buildings come migration issues for all animals. Over the years, we have learned that maybe we took too much too fast. The importance of the industrial revolution is endless. But looking back on it today, the world seems to be at a much quicker less wasteful speed.
