My logical left hemisphere demeanor drives me to the Type A personality which tends to increase my propensity to stress myself out rather than relax in any given situation. My busy life and many responsibilities also cause me to stress out, which in turn causes me to be more sleep deprived. I basically believe I am in a viscous cycle that is going to cause some real physical and/or metal harm to my ability to function as a normal person. I believe I must learn ways to control my response to stressors and ways to manage it.
