If an organization wants to achieve these two concepts then they require a continuous effort on the part of the organization. Quality improvement (QI) is an important factor in an organization as they work toward achieving safe patient and quality care. The organization needs to have set guidelines as well as dependable and consistent care as it relates to providing QI. This study will look into QI as well as look the importance of quality management as well as the impact it has in health care.
