Our society’s obesity problem has some personal responsibility. There are other ways people can obtain healthier foods; cooking your own meals is an excellent alternative. Some think that fast food is inexpensive in which catches the public’s eye. In fact, cooking meals at home is a lot cheaper; consumers can grow their own food. Another factor of obesity can also be linked to parental responsibility.
I think keeping it as simple as possible may be the key. Keeping a variety of foods is a good idea. One should not think of a diet as work, but think of it as investment to your health. Eating foods that one likes is not always bad in a diet plan. One should still be able to consume desserts once in a while, but should not over indulge.
Unit 8-P2 In this essay I am going to explain different psychological approaches to health practice. Social learning theory According to this theory, we need to have a good role model in our life, so that we can learn good behaviours from them. For people who want to eat healthy and be healthy, celebrity such as, Jamie Oliver would be a very good role model, because he teach people to eat healthy to have a healthy life. He also brought lots of publicity to the healthy eating campaign. If someone eats junk food all the time and that person’s mother or friend told him/her to eat healthy, it’s less likely that he/she will listen to them, but if he/she admires Jamie Oliver and he suggests to eat healthy, then there is more possibility for that person to follow what he says.
They cannot just stop and eat meal while working in official hours, so it seems not to be an appropriate plan to keep people healthy. However, eating less and slowly just makes a person spend a little bit more time for each meal but still keep their health in good
Many families eat from take away and restaurants because it is an easier and a quicker process then cooking a meal at home. Obesity only occurs when taking in more calories
Now, many people look for ways to utilize their life schedules to the maximum. They also may want to incorporate easy-quick meals to save time and stay healthy at the same time. I chose Weight Watchers because it’s doesnt sound or look strict at all just a “healthy style” of living. Besides, it’s the opposite you can still eat anything you want from the menu and still lose pounds of fat. ● What is the basic premise of this diet/eating plan? Having nutrients in food is just a small fraction of what it takes to be healthy which need to be considered. An Individual can be considered healthy when free of any anxiety, harm, concerns and any pressure from the outside world. Good health can also be achieved by promoting good personal hygiene, encouraging an exercise regime that suits the Individuals needs and capabilities and eating a balanced diet that is sustainable and enjoyable for that person. Other factors which influence the way you can effectively communicate with an Individual can include: language barriers, visual or hearing impairments, behavioural issues, mental disability and the capacity or ability to make decisions regarding their health issues and lifestyle, these points all need to be taken into consideration and the level of correct communication needs to be tailored to the Individuals needs. To achieve this and to be free of any diseases, it is essential to promote a good healthy relationship with all Individuals and respect the values of everyone, have a good relationship and build rapport and trust with the Individuals we are aiming
