Countries or corporates need a leader to direct them in the right path, example of such leaders: Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Sam Walton, Ajim Premji and the list can go on and on. There are some inspirational leaders’ or positive thinkers’ example Mahatma Gandhi and negative leaders Adolf Hitler. Both positive and negative leaders can be found in our daily life or work environment (Roter, 2012). When we think of a negative leader that we encountered we want to take a step back and remember the impact. People under negative leadership can suffer dysfunctional for months or years and so as organizations. A futile business is because of the poor performance and it is because of incompetent leadership or negative leadership. Successful companies are successful for different reasons but dysfunctional leadership companies are dysfunctional in the same way (Jones). The Subject of leadership has been greatly described by the many scholars, researchers and authors, but still it’s a challenge to many companies. A good leadership is the most essential and competitive advantage in the organization than technology or finance or operations etc. A good leadership frames the company’s business strategy, operations, human and other resources like finances. A good trust worthy leadership is the most valuable assets to any company.
