Improvements could include attending training courses or changing their attitude in some way, or simply remembering the dress code for work. Everyone reacts differently to receiving constructive feedback. Some may listen to all that is being said and take it all in and understand the reasoning for this, they will then make any changes they need to improve themselves. Others can become defensive as they may feel that they are doing everything right and that there are no changes that need to be made.

If they are to succeed more they must staff their stores with productive, skilled, and knowledgeable employees. Therefore, a KSAO would be perfect to staff the locations accordingly. If the company needed to staff for the retail stores then would benefit from using a KSAO to help select candidates who are appropriate for that position. To work in the retail location the employees should be knowledgeable on the goods sold, have great customer service skills, and have the ability to sell the product exceptionally well.

Ways we can ensure standards stay high include providing excellent customer service, retaining good levels of communication, keeping them informed at all times, offer information in a professional manner, treating customers with a positive attitude and responding to customer feedback. Personal Development is important for all staff to consider regardless of the level at which they work. It is about taking note of aspirations and goals and planning a way of pursuing these. Those who make Personal Development plans tend to be healthier, happier, focused people. It is therefore important that all departments encourage their staff to work towards CPD and training and development
Participate in extra scheduled activities. Greet and make visiting squads feel welcome before games. Help solve conflicts by being fair and impartial. Meet with the coach(es) on a regular basis. Address all concerns, issues, etc.
As I stated before, company is “team/family” organization. Tanglewood is just a retail company; employees do not have to have special knowledge and skills to operate. Person/organization match is the best method for the company, future employees can get training. Specific or General KSAOs On my opinion, it should be general KSAOs. It would be great if employees can fit both now and future.
3.2: To improve partnership working in a workplace there needs to be good communication , regular meetings so that all the staff are kept up to date with what is going on. There also needs to be honesty and Integrety and good record keeping skills. 3.3: Be professional and patient, yourself and others need to be opened to others ideas and compramise together you also have to have skills and approach and you may also learn from others and accept the change when it is nessary. 3.4: Partnership Working If you are unsure about anything your seniors, nurses or any other workers can give you support and advice and if you feel you are not getting the support or advice that you wanted then go stright to your manager to prevent any isaetalion.
