Based on what you have learned in this chapter, suggest two ways she might more effectively seek Ken’s forgiveness. Jan attempt to get Ken to forgive her is full of defensiveness and self interest. Jan could more effectively seek and obtain Ken’s forgiveness by acknowledging ken’s point of view. Occasionally set aside time to check in with each other on changing expectations and goals. If a couple ignores difficult topics for too long, their relationship is likely to drift into rocky waters without their noticing. Respect Changes and Accept your differences. What you want from a relationship in the early months of dating may be quite different from what you want after you have been together for some time. Respecting and valuing these changes is healthy.

A possible solution to this limitation is focusing on observed behavior, and correlating the findings with the self-reporting behavior, therefore developing a conclusion that is more in-depth. Furthermore, Article 2 emphasized that other factors can influence self-labeling as a victim in relation to work-place bullying, not just anxiety and anger. In addition, discovering a moderation effect regarding negative acts of violence and self-labeling is hard to discover due to the psychological way an individual may experience an event. Lastly, Article 3 honed on the lack of variances of deviant behavior.

It’s a very fair person. They want everybody’s satisfaction. The weakness of being under Result Lens is that you need to learn to reflect on your actions, because if you don’t learn it you will fail in your decisions and your life.
