Women still lost their job rights, were having their feet binded, and the religion was still Confucian. From the beginning of the Tang dynasty all the way down to the Song dynasty there was a major decline in the status of women; especially in religion, customs, and jobs. In the beginning, women had plenty of rights because the Buddhist belief system allowed women to have many rights but once the Song dynasty came in all that changed when the rulers changed the religion to a Confucian based system. Helping starts with knowing yourself and knowing what you are good at. There are many characteristics that make up the person I am. I am humble, strong, caring and determine person. I have developed these characteristics over a long period of time. I learned humility through life struggles that have shown me that people who are arrogant and boastful aren’t really liked.
These target groups who suffer barriers are; women, disabled people, the elderly, all people and ethic minority. The reason in which women are a target group is for when there pregnant, this tends to be because women get tired a lot easier, and don’t have enough energy in them to participate in any forms of sport, and they also suffer weight gain meaning more pressure is placed on the joints of the women during participation in sport. These are the reasons in which women when pregnant won’t take part in sport. Although it has been proven than when a women is pregnant they are recommended to participate in some forms of sport as it will help them through labour, a sports which is excellent to do is swimming, and this is because it helps strengthen the entire body. Another sport in which they can do is golf, this is better to do than nothing as it gets you moving.
