Those parents have to stay vigorously involved in schooling their kids. Surely the obligation to ensure our nation’s future must be shared also by those who don’t have children in the public schools. Those people who should take an interest in the students that will eventually be stepping into the workforce. They should be developing work-study groups, internships and job placement banks that they can recruit and develop to be successful. Evidently, the tasks of educating our children nowadays are a lot more difficult than simple examinations and easy solutions.
To the children, school is their way of life in the village. While in classrooms they have a routine and a teacher to uphold this day to day order. Because of this structure, the students have very strict lives which must be followed, otherwise there is punishment. While no forms of chastisement are described in the story, one can deduce that not following the rules in school can lead to an undesired consequence. Yet without school rules being constantly pushed onto the children, there is no clear concept of punishment of any kind for an action.

Such as, if a child needs additional support from other professionals, you would help this child by contacting the certain professionals, if you suspect a child to be in a situation that risks their safety, an adult has disclosed information that may raise concerns over their ability to carry out daily duties in the setting. 4. Always seek advice from the manager. This is very important because if someone has asked you to keep something confidential in the workplace and you are worried about the information you have been given, you should always do this in an area where nobody can overhear what you are saying. It’s better to seek advice verbally rather than using communication such as email, which other people could access.
All organizations need rules and regulations to make the organization survive. Without having polices or procedures in a school there would be no guidelines for staff, governors and parents to follow. Policies are intended to provide a framework that ensures consistent principles are applied to practice across a school. They are not intended to detail every conceivable event that might be applied within the policy framework. Parents may want to see polices on safeguarding, pastoral care, teaching and learning and behaviour before deciding whether to send their child
Our vision is there can be no Academic gain without Discipline. It is clear that there is a no nonsense attitude toward discipline at Ferriday High School with the hope students will understand that misbehaving is not a part of the educational arena. It is also our firm belief that not all students will leave Ferriday High School and attend college, so therefore we make an asserted effort to ensure that they are prepared academically as well as vocationally, so they can become productive citizens in their communities. The implementation of the English and math technology courses, show that we are further striving to ensure that we are servicing students academically and vocationally so that they can be prepared for the state mandated test that is required for

I think providing our schools with better security is an issue that should not be put on the back burner to be discussed only when a shooting occurs in our school. We want our schools to be safe and have adequate, security but we do not want our schools to become a prison. We want students and teachers to feel safe and secure when they enter their classroom. We must try and figure out a way to achieve this goal without providing our teachers with firearms. Since I’m currently working in the field of Early Childcare and Education, and I have several grandchildren that are in school I hope this is a goal that we can
