People are currently outlaying extra time for money than on their day-to-day events. Unfortunately fast food is rising. The silent majority do not recognize that fast food may lead to severe consequences. It has countless drawbacks, as it is unnatural, costly and base of several maladies. However, fast food is the quickest approach to feed ourselves but it is unhygienic. It is filled with saturated and unsaturated fat. Furthermore, it is a home of calories and nearly all of these calories are from fat. Unsaturated fats are worthy fat. Which means somebody can burn this easily. Besides, saturated fats are not good as they cannot be burnt and resides in our body. Fries, deep fried meals are the main cause of Trans fats. Moreover, it is one of the cause populaces getting over weight these days. Fast food is filled with sodium. If we have a go through at the ingredients of one of your much loved fast food we’ll see the look at the nutrients facts on one of our favourite fast food, we will see the sodium at the peak Furthermore, fast food is not arranged in a hygienic way. We cannot predict if the food was wash away before being prepared, or if the workers washed their hands. Still though' someone who loves fast food say, they use hand wear, but we cannot stay them from coughing on the matter. Meanwhile fast food cafés turned out to be very common; publics do not eat stable and nutritive food which lead to severe consequences especially for children of growing age for whom wholesome and nutritious food is necessary.
