A person may change his or her attitudes and behaviors when around social groups in order to feel accepted even if they don’t particularly believe in the group behaviors. In order to feel accepted in society we change our attitudes and behaviors to better fit into that of the social norm. With each different group come different behaviors so that rejection does not happen. The more people we have around the more pressure and influence is put upon us to change our behaviors. This can have both positive and negative effects however.
Conformity within a group entails members changing their attitudes and beliefs in order to match those of others within the group. Those that conform tend to be obedient and compliant. In order to conform, the group member must attribute someone as having the legitimacy and credibility to lead or influence the group's behaviour. Without this "leader", conformity toward the group's goals will be less prevalent. If a member of the group fails to conform to the groups needs, he/she would lose credibility with the rest of the group.
These screens can influence both the communicator and the receivers quality, accuracy and clarity of the message. The screens influence whether the message sent and the message received are the same or whether the message is distorted. Each person brings their own personal factors into interpersonal communications which include age, gender, beliefs and values, past experiences, cultural influences and the persons individual needs. At this stage people with different attitudes, values and interests may be filtered out and the relationship may not continue. Once a couple have become

In his poems, we still hear reference to Polish foods, language, connections and disconnections that exist.

Individuals themselves can unearth a feeling of contentment through their interactions, by the fact that they share some sort of rationality with others around them, whether it’s beliefs, culture or interests. This can lead to the formation of conformity, which further enhances an individual’s experience of belonging with others and the world around them. On the other hand, the notion of isolation and disappointment can emerge from
