Appetizing food not only tastes delicious but also presents itself nicely. Mom’s home cooked food can be an exception, but attractive presentation is a crucial marketing strategy in the food industry. There is a restaurant that I value as my all-time-favorite: Secret Recipe. Secret Recipe is a dessert focused restaurant that satisfies the five sensory cravings blissfully; especially taste and sight. When passing by Secret Recipe, it is always temping to grab the glass handle of the entry door and experience the sweet presence of fresh baked treats. The moment a foot is set in the baking boutique, there is no turning back. The first view that welcomes the customer at the entrance is the fancy cake display showcase. My beloved cake, the New York Cheese Cake, opens my purse involuntarily every time my eye catches its well-baked surface. Secret Recipe’s New York Cheese Cake has two distinct layers. On the very bottom is the dark chocolate cookie base; defined but soft enough to be easily munched. Following the crust is the biggest part of the cake: the cream cheese
