China China is really big in different kinds of art, music, dance, folklore, drama etc. There is a lot of fairytale and fable stories, stories about wonders and interest, idiom stories, stories about wisdom and military stories. Each story explains a good story, teaches a lesson, learns something valuable, and helps others. Chinese people are really creative with their costume making, and the different kinds of decorations that they make. Some different types of decorations is paper cutting, cloth tiger, Shanxi New Year Picture, Wood cut picture, and clay tiger. Chinese arts come in many different forms such as paintings, folk arts, silk, calligraphy, pottery, sculpture, metal arts and paper cuts. People hung up paper cuts to decorate windows, houses, cloths, and even ladies hair. They would create animals, aerobics, Buddha, opera faces and other subjects. Sculptures were made with many different materials like stone, jade, lacquer, wood, metal and clay. There different types of instruments used to play music are plucked musical instruments which involve Knonghou, Jiayequin, Rewapu, Huobusi, Ruan, Dongbula and Liuqin. The String Musical Instruments include Gaohu, Niutuiqin, Erhu, Matouqin, Banhu, and Leiqin. The Wing Musical Instruments which include Xun, Xiao, Huluxiao, Guanzi, Sheng, Xibili, Flute, and Houguan. The String Percussion, the Mouth Reed Musical Instrument and Percussion Musical instrument are the other instruments that the Chinese use. The Chinese dance has its own unique vocabulary, meanings and ordered structure that enables a dancer to fully express his or hers thoughts and feelings. Chinese dances were divided into civilian dance and military dance. Civilian dance, dancers held feathers banners in their hands which symbolized the distribution of the fruits of the day’s hunting and fishing. In the large group military dance, the dancers carried
